SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to deliver products purchased from Baketards - The Gourmet Bakery, in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. There is no minimum order. Flat shipping rates apply in Delhi NCR. We are currently shipping in Delhi NCR only.
If the order is cancelled before shipping or lost, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if the amount was pre-paid.
All orders placed with Baketards are dispatched through one of our trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, DHL, We Fast, etc.. Updates about the tracking of courier are provided regularly.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of products we ship, we will not be able to accept returns for the items whose safety seal has been broken. If you return an order delivered to you (with its safety seal intact), order shipping charges will not be refunded. Accounts that show malicious behaviour shall be banned from ordering or may have to incur additional charges on the order, irrespective of the order value.
PAYMENT METHOD
Due to Covid-19 outbreak, the orders may take longer than usual to reach you. The inconvenience caused is regretted.
We support payment through all major Credit Cards. Cash on Delivery is not available as for now.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be charged on all the products, as and when applicable.
